empowHER session 2 Saturday:
unfriendly friends

Dealing with Unfriendly Friends, Classmates and Bullies:
Kimber Bishop-Yanke

Friend or foe? Girls will learn the do's and don'ts of friendship, how to make friends, what true friendship is and what to do if your friend is being unfriendly. This session will teach girls how to set boundaries and the art of standing up for herself with unfriendly friends and classmates. They will learn what words to use, how their voices should sound and what their body language should look like. Having healthy friendships is the practice girls need when they are teens to have healthy dating relationships. Role playing included.
