Lindsay Tarpley & Lianna Hadden
In this session, girls will learn how to fuel up for fun, fitness and staying focused!
Eating the right foods helps you feel great and stay powered up for life's challenges.
Lindsay Tarpley is a two-time Olympic Gold Medalist in soccer from Kalamazoo. She was part of the inaugural Under-19 World Cup, where she captained the team and scored the game-winning goal in double overtime to capture their first-ever title. Lindsay won her first gold medal at the age of 20 in Athens and her second in Beijing.
Since retiring from the international game due to a knee injury, Lindsay has been part of Sweat Cosmetics, founded by former professional soccer players with the goal of bridging the gap between beauty and fitness. She enjoys running soccer camps and feels fortunate to have two children, Jacob and Alexandra.
Lianna Hadden, MS, AT, ATC, is a nutritionist for MSU Wrestling and Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving. Lianna recently coordinated the year-round health care for the Spartan women's volleyball program. She currently works with the MSU athletic injury claims and sports nutrition educational consultations with all collegiate athletes while overseeing the clinical responsibilities of the IM West athletic training room.
Lianna is a co-advisor for the MSU student athletic trainer organization E-STIM and is a Clinical Preceptor for clinical proficiencies in MSU's undergraduate educational program. Lianna's family includes her husband, Brian, and twins Asher and Maeve.
